License for "Image-To-Amstrad-CPC" ImgToCPC

All image-processing software made by Anto80 are covered by Anto80.com’s standard license terms, which means that if you purchased "Image-To-Amstrad-CPC" (ImgToCPC) software, it allows you to use it to produce images for multiple projects, whether commercial or non-commercial (It would be nice, though, to keep "Anto80 (@elbloco80)" as part of your in-game credits and/or presskit and/or the image credits of your page, to indicate that you have used the third-party software "Image-To-Amstrad-CPC" ImgToCPC, as well as a link to the software: "https://anto80.itch.io/image-to-amstrad-cpc-converter". You don't have to, but it would be great! Thank you!)

Full license terms:

A “Licence” means that the Seller (Anto80.com) grants to the Purchaser a non-exclusive perpetual licence to:

(a) use the Licensed Image-processing Software ("Image-To-Amstrad-CPC" ImgToCPC) to create Derivative Works (such as standalone images or images as part of projects); and

(b) use any Derivative Works as part of both Non-Monetized Media Products and Monetized Media Products, with no restriction on the number of projects the Derivative Works may be used in. In either case, the Derivative Works can be used in Media Products that are either:

i) used for the Purchaser’s own personal use; and/or

ii) used for the Purchaser’s commercial use in which case Derivative Works and/or Media Products may be distributed, sold and supplied by the Purchaser for any fee that the Purchaser may determine.

A Licence does not allow the Purchaser to:

(c) Mark, imply, or announce the Image-processing Software as part of Purchaser’s own work, in Purchaser’s Media Products (or Derivative Works) credits and/or development logs or press release;

(d) Alter, or permit a third party to alter any part of the Image-processing Software;

(e) Sell, share, transfer, give away, sublicense or redistribute the Licensed Image-processing Software (neither as a standalone software nor as a subpart of the Purchaser’s Media Products) ;

(f) Allow the User of the Media Product to access to the Image-processing Software and use them (neither inside nor outside of the relevant Media Product).

Other restrictions the Purchaser need to consider:

(g) The software and sample codes are provided on an “AS-IS” basis. Anto80.com can assert the Purchaser that "Image-To-Amstrad-CPC" ImgToCPC or any Licensed Image-processing Software made by Anto80 are not viruses, are not intended to damage any computer, and do not have malicious behaviours—as long as they have been downloaded on our partners' websites such as ITCH.IO—
(We don't like to say this but we have to) : "Use it at your own risk". Anto80.com expressly disclaims any and all warranties, express or implied, regarding use of any software or sample codes. Anto80.com does not garantee the accuracy or the completeness of their software or sample codes. In no event shall Anto80.com and/or its partners be liable for any special, indirect or consequential damages or any damages whatsoever resulting from, but not limited to, loss of use, data or profits, whether in an action of contract, negligence or other tortious action, arising out of, or in connection with, the use or performance of the websites, software, documentation, apis, web services, or information available from any of the websites or download pages.
